Week 1: Build your self-discipline. Your weight loss and resulting happiness is totally dependent on your self-discipline. Your self-discipline will carry you through your successful journey of weight loss and the resulting happiness. Therefore we’ll use the first week to build your self-discipline. Building your self-discipline is not terribly difficult. But it does require your will and your focus on your ultimate goal: to lose weight. We’ll use this calorie calculator as a starting point to building your self-discipline. Populate the calculator with a few items about yourself to identify a daily calorie limit. A long list of foods that you can eat are provided allowing you to create your own custom diet. While you build your own diet, you are building the self-discipline that will bring you weight loss and happiness. Let’s get started here:
